If you are using our bases in your restaurant, pizzeria or pizza van, all we ask is that you put precautions in place to minimise cross contamination. We recommend at using separate cutting utensils, and cooking on a foil tray or pizza screen within your pizza ovens. It should also be communicated to your customer that you cannot guarantee cross contamination due to airborne gluten-containing flour.
