Remember, we can cater for everyone, as we offer 100% gluten free food, as well as dairy free, vegan, and vegetarian options. We believe our food is so good that the “regular” customers wouldn’t even know.

FAQs

How do you prevent cross contamination for coeliacs?

Our food is prepared and cooked in 100% gluten free kitchens, using 100% gluten free ingredients with no “may contain” warnings, so there is no risk of gluten cross-contamination under our watch. We do however rely on our suppliers for allergen and ingredient information, but have had no reported cases of “glutening” to date.

I’ve read that your pizzas contain gluten free wheat starch, what does this mean?

Our pizzas are gluten free, and contain gluten free wheat starch. This is safe for coeliacs and those with a gluten intolerance, but not for those with a wheat allergy or intolerance. For more information, please see the Coeliac UK information page.

Do I need to pre-order, or can I just turn up?

We allow and encourage pre-orders for some locations. These locations can be determined by an “Order Now” button on the locations page. We bring as many dough balls as we think we will need, pre-ordering helps us estimate this more accurately, and guarantees you a pizza!

Do you cater for dairy free and vegan diets?

Yes, we always carry dairy free cheese on board for our pizzas. Additionally, our onion rings, chicken balls, sausages and waffle fries are all dairy free. Due to space limitations, they are cooked in a shared fryer with meat and dairy products.

Do your pizzas contain nuts?

The flour we use has a “may contain” for nuts (almonds). This is a recent addition to the ingredients.

Do you have a restaurant/takeaway?

We do not currently have a restaurant or takeaway. All pizzas and sides are served from our mobile pizza trailer.

Do you deliver?

We do not currently offer delivery. All orders are to be picked up from our mobile trailer.
