About the Baker

We have teamed up with local baker Abigail’s Delights to offer some great sweet treats!

All of their products are made using quality gluten free ingredients with the option to select dairy free ingredients if required.

Great care is taken to ensure all their equipment and environment is clean thoroughly before, during and after each use.

Their equipment has only been used with gluten free products, but at times dairy and other allergen containing ingredients have been used.

As their kitchen is also their home, it handles some gluten containing ingredients, but not during the manufacture of their products. Therefore, we cannot guarantee allergy free products.

They are fully insured, registered with the council with a hygiene rating 5 and level 2 food safety trained.
